This phrase, 念彼觀音力, is repeated 13 times in Chapter 25 of the Lotus Sutra, aka “The Avalokitesvara Sutra”, aka the “Universal Gateway Chapter” of the Lotus Sutra.
In particular, all 13 repetitions of this phrase are found at the end of that chapter in the verse section. This verse section is often chanted on its own. When done on its own, it only takes about 5 minutes to chant.
